I've spent my career learning everything there is to know about real estate-from buying to selling. As a trusted full time real estate advisor for my clients I understand selling and/or buying a house is complex and deeply personal. I want to make sure they feel supported and that they have a trusted advisor by their side. I provide my clients connections to all the experts that are needed throughout the transaction.
My passion for real estate is built on communication, dedication and transparency. Making sure my clients feel deeply served is the highest priority and has allowed me to be awarded multiple quality service awards.
The world of Real Estate is large and can be quite intimidating but it doesn’t have to feel that way. With a trusted advisor who has an eagerness and drive to work with clients to achieve their goal of home ownership, we can work together to ensure a smooth transition. - Unfortunately, while he was relatively decent of a person, his responsiveness was horrendously sub-par. It took roughly 20 minutes inbetween each message, which is most definitely tolerable, if not preferable, but the one major thing is that he never showed up to the viewing I scheduled. He stated he would be there, and we arrived only about 10 minutes late (which was discussed beforehand as it was a long travel prone to issues) and he already left within that short period of time, or perhaps he didn't show up at all. He ceased communication with me and never responded to me since to explain or discuss anything, and has worked with others instead. Definitely don't recommend if you wish to be treated as an equal.
