Randy is incredibly knowledgeable in all things real estate. He made my first time home buying experience easy and simple. Randy is proactive and found the house I bought before it even went on the market. His experience and knowledge was very helpful during the entire proccess.

Unfortunately, while he was relatively decent of a person, his responsiveness was horrendously sub-par. It took roughly 20 minutes inbetween each message, which is most definitely tolerable, if not preferable, but the one major thing is that he never showed up to the viewing I scheduled. He stated he would be there, and we arrived only about 10 minutes late (which was discussed beforehand as it was a long travel prone to issues) and he already left within that short period of time, or perhaps he didn't show up at all. He ceased communication with me and never responded to me since to explain or discuss anything, and has worked with others instead. Definitely don't recommend if you wish to be treated as an equal.
